About AGEPAC
The Abington Gifted Education Parent Advisory Council (AGEPAC) is an organization of parents, educators, and community partners supporting gifted and talented students in the Abington School District. AGEPAC serves to promote the expansion of educational services and practices to address the unique edcational needs of gifted students in the Abington School District. It also provides a chain of communication between parents of gifted students, teachers, and school administrators.
Activities and programs promoting this mission include:

- Promoting open discussion and exchange of information among the members of AGEPAC
- Advocating for programs and practices within the schools that enhance gifted education
- Representation at Abington School Board meetings
- Disseminating information to educators and administrators to win acceptance of the special needs of gifted students
- Professional training to encourage educators to meet the special needs of gifted students
- Inviting speakers to raise awareness of the needs of gifted students
- Sponsoring external programs for gifted students
Please become a member, membership dues allow AGEPAC to continue providing speakers at meetings throughout the year.
